Branch Manager I	BA/BSc degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related field of study	Minimum of 5 years in insurance operations, with at least 2 years in a senior position related to Underwriting operations	Skilled in negotiation, ability to concentrate on tasks without distraction, high moral and ethical values, perseverance under pressure, experience with financial software, ability to manage confidential data	X	Jimma Branch and Addis Ababa
