Position 1: Branch Manager – Interest Free Banking

Required Education and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field with four (4) years of experience, including two (2) years at a senior position; or
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field with five (5) years of experience, including two (2) years at a senior position.

Responsibilities:
The Branch Manager is responsible for supporting branch information requirements by compiling comprehensive IFB performance data. Additionally, they produce guidelines and IFB customer information to enhance resource mobilization.

Position 2: Manager – Interest Free Banking

Educational Level and Work Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field with six (6) years of experience, including two (2) years at a senior position; or
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field with eight (8) years of experience, including two (2) years at a senior position.

Responsibilities:
The Manager plans and coordinates overall branch activities, evaluates branch operations/targets, and motivates customer service officers to deliver high-quality service. They also identify and recruit potential customers and provide professional advice.

Addis Abeba (South West District)
