Position 1: Senior Information System Security Officer

Job Requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related fields
• Minimum 6.5/4.5 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking, with at least 2 recent years in a relevant officer position in the banking industry

Essential Functions:

• Lead programs to monitor emerging threats and vulnerabilities, assessing impacts and driving responses.
• Establish an information security and risk management framework across the bank.
• Manage timely production of informative business and IT metrics related to information risk initiatives.
• Drive and maintain the information security management system enterprise-wide.
• Collaborate with application owners to address risk positions.
• Conduct information security risk assessments at suitable intervals.
• Develop and maintain an effective information security architectural approach.
• Lead the program to manage identity and access privileges.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Position 2: Senior Human Capital Training and Development Officer

Job Requirement:

• BA degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, Leadership, or related fields with 5.5 years of experience; or MBA/MA in the same field with 3.5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry, with at least 2 years in a relevant officer position.

Essential Functions:

• Identify training needs through various methods.
• Design and develop training programs to meet identified needs.
• Deliver training programs using appropriate methods.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Stay updated on trends in training and development.
• Partner with other departments to align training programs with the bank’s goals.

Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Position 3: Manager, Strategic Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Division

Job Requirements:

• BA/MBA/MA in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields
• Minimum 8.5/6.5 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in the banking industry, with at least 2 years in a relevant senior officer position.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare strategic plans and functional level strategies.
• Consolidate and prepare annual plans and budgets.
• Prepare periodic performance reports.
• Implement corporate and department performance measurement.
• Conduct studies to assess strategic performance.
• Review proposals for major capital expenditures.
• Prepare action plans.
