Position 1 : Clinic Service Provider –(CSP-I-Clinical-AO)

Job Description

JOB SUMMARYAssist the Clinic Doctor in under taking Planning, organizing and coordinating the Clinic activities.  Ensures the provision of adequate preventive mechanism and curative health care services.  Ensures the availability of adequate medical supplies and equipment required for the service. Treating women during prenatal and postnatal period diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the female reproductive tract. Examines clients for different gynecological and related problems to RH/FP; Orders laboratory tests, prescribes contraceptives and other medications. Gives lectures and practical training and participates in training activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :Assist the Clinical Manager in under taking Planning, organizing and coordinating the Clinic activitiesPlan the individual activities and review the performance;Directs and Undertakes the duties and responsibilities of clinical, public and environmental services,Screens clients, examines and counsels on integrated and Comprehensive  SRH Services ( FP,MCH,HIV/STI, CAC and other SRH Services)Diagnose, examines and monitor clients for different SRH problems.Orders laboratory tests and examinations;Prescribes contraceptives and other medications;Provides  services and treat clients for on integrated and Comprehensive  SRH Services ( FP,MCH,HIV/STI, CAC and other SRH Services)Inserts and removes IUCD, Norplant and assists doctors in voluntary surgical contraception;Refers clients to session doctors as required;Assists in the training of professionals in RH/FP;Provides Comprehensive Abortion Care (CAC)Maintain quality SRH services.Prepares service statistics and participates in research activities;Assists in the requisitions of supplies and medicaments;Prepares lesson plans and gives lectures in family planning, gives guidance and counseling to health personnel drawn from hospitals, health centers, clinics, FGAE and other health institutions;Imparting and demonstrating practical training in family planning clinical services in the Association’s clinic and other such clinics;Prepares lesson plans and gives orientation on different family planning methods to non-health personnel;Identifies pertinent teaching resources and ascertains their availability for the efficient running of different training programs;Performs such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.

 JOB SUMMARY      :Be accountable to the overall success of the SRH clinic objectives of FGAE as site for quality service delivery, learning and demonstration of new and innovative intervention and research activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :1.         Plans, organizes, co-ordinates and controls all the activities of the SPC;2.         Initiates policy and technical guidelines with respect to the Model Higher SRH Clinic(SPCC);3.         Coordinates and works with other work units to ensure that the Strategic Framework/Plan is established, implemented and maintained effectively and efficiently in a cooperative and team work spirit;4.         Ensures that the Model Clinic serves as site for learning and demonstration of new and innovative intervention and research activities by working in collaboration with the training unit to develop training packages, standards and conducting training programs for other NGOs, private and government sectors;5.         Ensures the provision of quality laboratory services that includes HIV/AIDS/ VCT diagnosis;6.         Provides comprehensive and integrated SRH services including FP, maternal and child health, CAC and STI/ HIV/ AIDS prevention and diagnosis treatment and counseling through clinics;7.         Provides IEC for the elimination of unsafe abortion, post abortion care, HTP and other SRH services;8.         Maintain update data management of clients and case stories and act as a learning center;9.         Initiates project ideas and submits to the Area offices;10.     Manage the financial , human and Materials resources of the MHSRHC in most effective and efficient way;11.     Prepare and submit periodic performance reports;12.     Perform other duties assigned y immediate supervisor.

JOB SUMMARYAccumulates and manages financial data from source documents and verifies for accuracy. Prepares and maintains financial data for posting to reflect accurate accounting and distribution of income and expenses to appropriate accounts. Reconciles accounts and adjusts irregularities. Prepares financial analyses and a variety of financial reports as required. Make recommendations for improvement of accounting systems, methods, and techniques. Assists in training and directing the work of other employees, as assigned. 

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :1.      Maintains financial records, inspects and receive financial documents of FGAE organize and file properly.2.      Code and encode payments, collections, beginning account balances, and verify the accuracy of the entries to the computer.3.      Monitor advance payments; ensure that they are settled timely with the necessary supporting documents,4.      Control bank account balances and report when the balance is low so as to take the necessary action before checks are written.5.      Verify check payments, handle checkbooks and vouchers with due care and in safety place;6.      Prepare financial reports; organize the supporting documents in the manner required;7.      Regularly update the charts of account for online accounting database, maintain backups, and administer the database;8.      Ensure that financial management of the FGAE is in accordance with the general financial rules and gives advice and assistance in setting up systematic financial systems;9.      Undertake regular and surprise cash on hand check and count, repot on the finding, recommend possible remedial action in case of violation of petty cash rules;10.  Provides Technical Assistant and supportive supervision to work unit of the  Area office finance Team and ensure the Financial Health of the Area office;11.  Providers technical Assistance  and guidance to Wouk Units Finance Team, project focal point etc12.  Undertakes other related activities as instructed by his/her immediate supervisor.
