1. BRANCH CASHIER I

• Education: First Degree in Accounting/Banking/Management
• Experience: 2 years of relevant banking experience
• Competency:
  • Good knowledge of accounting and financial management principles
  • Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Number of Openings: 5
• Locations: Adama (2), Hoassaena(1), Dilla(1), Sebeta (1)

2. HUMAN RESOURCE CLERK

• Education: College Diploma in Human Resource Management/Management or related field
• Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
• Competency:
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
  • Ability to maintain personnel files and records systematically
  • Basic computer application skills
• Location: Head Office

3. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & BOARD SECRETARY

• Education: Masters or First Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Experience: 9 years in banking operations; 3 years in a managerial position
• Competency:
  • Good knowledge of accounting and financial management principles
  • Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Location: Head Office

4. BRANCH ACCOUNTANT I

• Education: First Degree in Accounting/Banking/Management
• Experience: 2 years of relevant banking experience
• Competency:
  • Extensive knowledge of banking operations
  • Ability to work with senior executives
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Number of Openings: 2

5. BRANCH MANAGER I

• Education: First Degree in Accounting/Banking/Management or related fields.
• Experience: 6 years of banking experience at the branch level; 4 years in supervisory positions.
• Competency:
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting, business law, and financial management
  • Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Number of Openings: 2
• Locations: Wolaita Sodo(1), Dilla(1)
