Position Available: Associate Leadership Instructor

Ethiopian Airlines Group is excited to announce a new opportunity for the role of Associate Leadership Instructor. The airline, recognized for its outstanding performance during the global COVID-19 crisis, is seeking dynamic individuals to contribute to its success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a BA degree in Business Administration, Business Management, HRM, Management, Public Administration & Dev’t Management, or any related field from a recognized university/college.
• A minimum of three (3) years of work experience as an instructor or trainer in a university/college/training institute/leadership institute.
  OR
• MBA/MA in Human Resource Management or any related field of study from a recognized university/college/institute with at least one (1) year of experience as an instructor or trainer in a university/college/training institute/leadership institute.

Language Requirement:

• Proficiency in English (ET working language) is mandatory.

Age Limit:

• 18–35 years old (inclusive)

• Dates: November 13-17, 2023
• Venue: Ethiopian Airlines Headquarters, Ethiopian Airport Enterprise Building (Recruitment & Placement Office)

Required Documents:
Interested applicants must bring/attach all original and copy of their supporting documents, including but not limited to 8th-grade ministry card & birth certificate from the city administration, grade 10 certificate, grade 12 certificate, latest educational credentials, work experiences, and Kebele ID card (back and forth).
