1. Customer Service Executive – II

Qualifications:

• BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or similar roles.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance customer satisfaction through efficient front-line service.
• Contribute to resource mobilization efforts through cross-selling bank products.

Locations:
Meragna, Yirgachefe, Aderkay

2. Branch Manager Grade – I

Qualifications:

• BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.

Experience:

• At least 7 years in banking, with 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager, or 7 years in banking with 2 years as Senior Officer in banking operations.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sustainable growth and profitability through product cross-selling.
• Manage retail banking operations and cultivate strong customer relationships.

3. Senior Customer Service Officer- Cash

Qualifications:

• BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or similar roles.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality customer service.
• Contribute to resource mobilization through cross-selling.

Location:
Aderkay

4. Security Guard – I (Male)

Qualifications:

• Completion of 10th/12th grade.

Experience:

• Minimum two years in Military/Police service.

Age:

• Between 25-50 years.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain safety and security of the bank and its personnel.
• Ensure a secure and welcoming environment for customers.
