Position 1: Contact Center Agent

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Marketing Management, or related fields. BSc. Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems.
  • Experience: Four (4) years in Banking, fin-tech, hospitality, Telecom, Microfinance, or similar roles with customer interaction.
  • Responsibilities: Handle customer calls, address concerns via phone or social media, prioritize and resolve issues.

Position 2: Compliance Officer

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Banking. Bachelor’s Degree in Law is preferable. Professional certification in Risk Management is an added advantage.
  • Experience: At least four (4) years of relevant experience.
  • Responsibilities: Ensure the bank complies with laws, regulations, internal policies & procedures, identify exceptions, and report violations.

Position 3: Branch Relationship Manager I

  • Qualifications: BA Degree in Accounting, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience.
  • Responsibilities: Attract, deepen, and manage financial relationships, achieve business growth, and promote bank products in the assigned market segment.

Position 4: Senior Customer Service Officer – Accounts I

  • Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in a business-related field.
  • Experience: At least four (4) years of banking experience.
  • Responsibilities: Provide front office customer service support, handle account transactions, respond to inquiries, and manage customer requests.

Position 5: Branch Manager Grade I

  • Qualifications: Bachelor degree in a business-related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience with one (1) year in a supervisory post.
  • Responsibilities: Plan, organize, lead, and control branch banking activities, ensure compliance, and coordinate sales/business development efforts.

Position 6: Customer Service Manager I

  • Qualifications: Bachelor degree in a business-related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of six (6) years of banking experience.
  • Responsibilities: Support Branch Manager in coordinating Customer Service Officers, ensure operational excellence, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Location:

  • Positions are available in Addis Ababa, Mettu Branch, Limmu Genet, Bachuma Branch, and Gebreguracha Branch.
