Position: Bank Trainee

• Qualifications: BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, Banking and Finance, Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 0 years (for fresh graduates)

Purpose of the Job:
Enhance customer satisfaction by providing efficient and quality service, promote resource mobilization through cross-selling, and contribute to the branch’s overall success.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process various transactions within assigned limits.
• Attend to customers at the counter with respect.
• Handle customers’ account opening and cross-sell bank products.
• Scan signatures and photographs of customers and authorized staff.
• Manage cash transactions and post business transactions.
• Prepare cash and non-cash instruments.
• Process clearance of negotiable instruments.
• Collect and deliver cash within the branch.
• Receive and pay cash from customers after proper verification.

Spoken Language Requirements:

• English and the local language (Somali) are mandatory.
• Good English communication skills (oral and written).
• Knowledge of the local context is advantageous.

Location: Birkod, Daror, Gashamo, Dhobaweyn, Hamaro, Salahad & Duhun Branchs, Somali
