  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a bank or 2 years in microfinance institutions.
  • Competencies:
  • Understanding of general financial products and services.
  • Good knowledge of bank accounting and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office, with a good command of the core banking system.

Customer Services Officer II – Mizan Aman, SNNPR

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field.
  • Experience: 2 years in a bank.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Check front office customer service support.
  • Handle account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Manage cash and non-cash transactions.

Senior Customer Services Officer – Mizan Aman, SNNPR

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a bank.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide front office customer service support.
  • Manage account transactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Handle cash and non-cash transactions.

Branch Manager I – Mizan Aman, SNNPR

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in a bank, including 1 year as a Customer Services Manager or equivalent.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, lead, and control branch banking activities.
  • Ensure adherence to operating procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Coordinate sales/business development efforts.
  • Lead customer service initiatives and operational excellence.
  • Participate in community activities and promote bank services.
