Position 1: Customer Service Executive – II

Qualification:

• BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.

Experience:

• 1 year of experience in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or similar position.

Purpose of the Job:
To enhance customer satisfaction by efficiently handling front-line customer service activities and to contribute to the branch’s resource mobilization effort through cross-selling the bank’s products and services.

Place of Work: Aderkay

Position 2: Branch Manager Grade – I

Qualification:

• BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.

Experience:

• 7 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry, with at least 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager; or
• 7 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 2 years as Senior Officer in a banking operations position.

Purpose of the Job:
To achieve sustainable growth and profitability by managing overall retail banking operations at the assigned branch, acquiring and retaining customers, improving customer services, and building strong customer relationships.

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer- Cash

Qualification:

• BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.

Experience:

• 1 year of experience in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or similar position.

Purpose of the Job:
To enhance customer satisfaction by efficiently handling front-line customer service activities and contributing to the branch’s resource mobilization effort through cross-selling the bank’s products and services.
