Education:  First Degree in Accounting or related fields

Position 2: Branch Cashier -I

Education:  First Degree in Accounting/Banking / Management

Experience:  2 years of relevant banking experience

Competency:

Good knowledge of accounting and financial management principles and practices

Good knowledge of the financial management policies and procedures of the Banks

Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates;

Communication and interpersonal skills;

Basic computer application skills

Position 3: Motorcyclist Postman

Education: 10th Grade complete and 1st Grade Driving License

Experience: 1 year of relevant experience.

Competency:

Knowledge of postal systems and procedures

Knowledge of safety regulation and traffic rules

Skill in driving motorcycle

Position 4: Mail Clerk

Education: College Diploma in Management or related fields with COC Certified.

Experience: Not Required.

Competency:

Basic knowledge of postal system

Education: College Diploma in Purchasing & Supplies Management or related field certified with COC.

Experience: 2 years of experience in related jobs

Education: College Diploma in Human Resource Management/Management or related field certified with COC.

Ability to draft routine letters and memos.

Good inter-personal skills

Ability to administer office activities

Ability to compose letters and memorandums

Skill in the use of basic computer software applications

Skill in operating office equipment such as fax and photocopier

Position: 9 Programmer/System Analyst

Education:  First Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related field

Experience:  4 years of experience in programming

Competency:

Knowledge of IT principles, concepts and practices

Knowledge of core and other banking systems of the bank

Knowledge of computerized banking systems

Good knowledge of network security systems

Ability to design and install data networks

Skill in handling networking equipment and tools

Position 11: Branch Manager I

Education:  First Degree in Accounting /Banking /Management or related field

Experience:  6 years of banking experience at branch level; four of which in supervisory positions.

Competency:

Thorough knowledge of accounting, business law and financial management

Thorough knowledge of financial policies and regulations of the Bank

Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates;

Communication and interpersonal skills;

Basic computer application skills
