1: SENIOR PARTNERSHIP RELATIONS MANAGEMENT OFFICER II
Qualifications:

  • Degree: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5/6 years of General Work Experience, with at least 1 year in the role of Senior Relationship Management Officer I or its equivalent.
    Place of Work: Head Office

2: ASSOCIATE KYC OFFICER
Qualifications:

  • Degree: BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or associated fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of General Work Experience, with at least 1 year as a Junior KYC Officer or its equivalent.
    Place of Work: Head Office

3: SENIOR PARTNERSHIP RELATIONS MANAGEMENT OFFICER I
Qualifications:

  • Degree: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5/6 years of General Work Experience, including 1 year as a Relationship Management Officer I or its equivalent.
    Place of Work: Head Office

4: MANAGER BANKING OPERATION MANAGEMENT I
Qualifications:

  • Degree: MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or associated fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2/3 years of General Work Experience, including 1 year in roles such as Senior Customer Service Officer, Internal Controller, Customer Relations Officer, or Digital Banking Officer.
    Place of Work: Branches in Hawasa Town (Tabor Branch, Warka Branch), and Arba Minch Branch)

5: BRANCH MANAGER I
Qualifications:

  • Degree: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4/5 years of General Work Experience, including 1 year in roles like Branch Operation Management II/Accountant, Customer Service Manager II, or Senior Customer Carrier Officer II-Cash.
    Place of Work: Branches in Hawasa Town (Tabor Branch, Warka Branch), and Arba Minch Branch

6: BRANCH MANAGER III
Qualifications:

  • Degree: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8/9 years of General Work Experience, including 1 year as a Branch Manager II or its equivalent.
    Place of Work: Nekemte Branch

7: MANAGER PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Qualifications:

  • Degree: MBA/MA/BA diploma in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or related fields.

8: MANAGER COOPERATIVE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Qualifications:
