ModernETH Outsource PLC (ModernETH) is a technology-focused outsourcing center established in January 2008, located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, with international offices in the United States and UAE. We specialize in creating user-friendly web and mobile experiences, offering services in software development, web design, mobile app development, graphic design, maintenance, and support. Additionally, we import and trade a variety of ITC tools and machines based on our clients’ needs.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Qualifications:
BSc or BA Degree
Proficient English communication skills
Computer literacy with strong keyboard skills
Experience in the call center industry (a plus)
Problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills
Professional demeanor with a customer service orientation
Responsibilities:
Clear, accurate, and timely communication with customers using effective problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques, exhibiting strong language proficiency.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in alignment with campaign benchmarks.
Attention to detail, ensuring compliance with legislative and legal requirements for each call, understanding customer inquiries and details.
Maintain an organized and secure office environment.
Manage calls from logging to resolution by collaborating with the dispatch department and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Adhere to recommended Call Average Handling times for specific campaigns.
Achieve required quality assessment scores and meet all legal and compliance requirements during calls.
Escalate technical queries/faults to specific departments when necessary.
Make decisions based on training manuals, customer scripts, defined call flows, decision trees, and Team Leader guidance.
