Duties:

  • Reconcile branch accounts, verify transactions, and maintain archives.
  • Provide efficient, high-quality customer service and process bulk payments.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Promote the bank’s products and services, including digital banking.
  • Adhere to regulatory standards, bank policies, and procedures.
  • Process non-cash transactions and negotiable instruments.
  • Authenticate new account opening documents.
  • Participate in resource mobilisation activities and more.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of banking experience.
