1. Branch Manager I for Mizan Aman

• Location: Mizan Aman, SNNPR
• Salary: Competitive

Job Summary:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and overseeing the banking activities of a branch office. They will ensure strict adherence to the operating procedures, rules, and code of practices of the Bank, as well as regulatory directives and national laws by all staff. Additionally, the Branch Manager will coordinate the branch’s sales and business development efforts, lead customer service initiatives, and guide operational excellence. Other responsibilities include preparing and submitting annual budgets, work plans, activity reports, and progress reports. The jobholder will also actively participate in various community activities and maintain close connections with the business community to promote the services offered by the Bank.

Skills and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of study.
• Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in a bank, with at least one (1) year in a Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.

2. Senior Customer Service Officer for Mizan Aman

• Location: Mizan Aman, SNNPR
• Salary: Competitive

Job Summary:
The Senior Customer Service Officer will provide front office customer service support at the branch, handle account management transactions, respond to customer inquiries, and manage both cash and non-cash transactions, as well as all customer requests at the branch.

Skills and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of study.
• Experience: 5 (Five) years of relevant experience in a bank.

3. Customer Services Officer – II for Mizan Aman

• Location: Mizan Aman, SNNPR
• Salary: Competitive

Job Summary:
The Customer Services Officer – II will be responsible for front office customer service support at the branch. They will handle account maintenance, payment and collection transactions, respond to customer inquiries, and manage both cash and non-cash transactions, as well as all customer requests at the branch.

Skills and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of study.
• Experience: 2 (Two) Years of relevant experience in a bank.

4. Customer Services Officer – I for Mizan Aman
