Skills, Experience & Education:

• First Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field of study with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance Planning and Control

• Plan daily maintenance.
• Review emergency work orders and create sub-works orders.
• Create and assign tasks to team members, including contractors.
• Communicate and distribute plan to team members.
• Update the maintenance plan.
• Organize and distribute maintenance work orders with loading sheet to the fleet team leader.
• Ensure availability of required tools and spares.

1. Continuous Improvement

• Initiate situation and systemic problem-solving for loop closure.
• Populate Daily KPI data and 5 Why Board.
• Raise Corrective Maintenance work on Maintenance day.
• Analyze SAP data.
• Ensure asset care work complies with Asset Care Standards.

1. Maintenance Program Development

• Conduct safety awareness talks/incident recalls/Tool Box Talks.
• Provide PPE and ensure compliance (Budget Availability).
• Ensure compliance with Permit to Work and Audit compliance.
• Report incidents at Level 3 Leadership.
• Close incident investigations within 24 hours.
• Manage safety hazards and facilitate risk management processes.

1. Breakdown Management

• Verify and follow-up on work agreed.
• Raise CM tasks and close breakdown orders.

1. Manage the Maintenance Spares

• Train team members on new processes/procedures/technologies and ensure competence.
• Identify Productivity opportunities.
• Communicate benchmark shared learnings to the team.
• Facilitate equipment problem-solving systems.
