Position 1: Procurement Specialist
Skills, Experience & Education:
- First Degree in Procurement & Supplies Management/ Management,/ Accounting or related field of studies with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in both Foreign and Local Procurement
- Must have valid minimum Auto driving license
The position is structured to report to the Procurement Manager and responsible to manage Category Sourcing events and Procurement Operational execution
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder alignment – executes CCBA Procurement Strategically Sourced Contracts in the country
- Works in close collaboration with the CCBA Procurement Category Team to ensure local acceptance of new contracts.
- Drive the implementation, execution, and compliance management of CCBA Procurement Leadership Team’s decisions.
- Coordinate contract implementation tasks with Internal Stakeholders
- Perform Sourcing Events
- Analyze the needs and define the requirements for mutually beneficial Supplier Contracts for goods and Services not managed above country
- Perform the sourcing events in accordance with CCPP principles supported by CCBA Procurement Category Towers to deliver maximum long term value.
- Conclude the required Contract, execute and monitor performance.
- Monitor and ensure customer compliance to contracted goods & Services

Position 2: Procurement Manager
Skills, Experience & Education:
- First Degree in Procurement & Supplies Management/ Management,/ Accounting or related field of studies with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in both Foreign and Local Procurement out of which 4 years on mangagerial role
- Must have valid minimum Auto driving license
The position is structured to report to the Country Procurement Manager and responsible to execute the procurement strategy process and implementation / sourcing execution for a set of categories.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Execute the procurement strategy process and implementation / sourcing execution for a set of local categories
- Support supplier development activities for key suppliers aligned with the CCBA Procurement Team and strategy, lead cross functional review meetings with suppliers in order to improve performance and further reduce cost.
- Perform Category Management for all high value with limited dependency on complex master data projects that are not managed centrally and execute end-to-end sourcing projects for such categories
- In line with CCBA Procurement Strategy, support the specification, classification and categorisation of Materials, Services and Suppliers.
- Lead internal and external analysis (industry and supplier) in collaboration with the Content and Operations Manager, and Local Category Specialists.
Manage supplier relationships for local categories
- In line with defined procurement strategy, support the classification and categorisation of suppliers, including definition of supplier evaluation and audit policies.
- Continuously track supplier performance.
- Support supplier development activities: set up cross functional review meetings with suppliers in order to improve performance and further reduce cost.
Execute large Spot Buys & Master Data Management
- Support the Local Category Specialist to source major unplanned ad hoc demands to keep control over high spend utilising deep sourcing / category expertise.
- Accountable for Master Data accuracy and systems compliance for all related categories.
