Position 1: Senior Business Intelligence Developer-I

  • Qualification: M.Sc/BSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field with 5/6 years of related work experience, including one year as a Business Intelligence developer.
  • Place of Work: Head Office

Position 2: Senior Business Intelligence Developer-II

  • Qualification: M.Sc/BSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field with 6/7 years of related work experience, including one year as a Business Intelligence developer.
  • Place of Work: Head Office

Position 3: Senior Auditor-I

  • Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Work experience: 4/5 years of General Work Experience, including one year as an Auditor, Senior Internal Controller, or equivalent position in the Banking Industry.
  • Place of Work: Head Office

Position 4: Senior Auditor-II

  • Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Work experience: 5/6 years of General Work Experience, including two years as a Senior Auditor-I, or equivalent position in the Banking Industry.
  • Place of Work: Head Office

Position 5: Manager, Banking Operation Management I at Branch

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Work experience: 3/4 years of General Work Experience, including one year as an internal Auditor, SCSO accounts, or equivalent position in the Banking Industry.
  • Place of Work: Branches under East Finfinne District (Golbo, Gora, Harbu Mari, Bashale, Migra, Robale, Africa Avenue, Ariya Bashale, Loke, Bole Bulbula, Kore Guyo, Salo Gora & MOENCO) and West Finfinne District (Ebisa Adugna, Hora Ambo, Hurufa Rare, Sheik Bakiri Sapalo & Teqwa).

Position 6: Branch Manager

  • Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Work experience: A 4/5 years’ General Work Experience, including one year as CSM-I, Manager, Banking Operation Management -I, Senior Banking Operation Office-I, or equivalent position in the Banking Industry.
  • Place of Work: Branches under Dire Dawa District (Kombolcha, Bordode, Doba, Guba Koricha, Hawi Gudina & Shenen Dhugo) and Shashemene District (Ali, Dawe Kachen, Gasera, Harana Buluk, Mada Walabu & Obora branches).

Position 7: Branch Manager I

  • Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Work experience: 5/6 years of General Work Experience, including two years as CSM-I, Manager, Banking Operation Management-II, Senior Banking Operation Office-I, or equivalent position in the Banking Industry.
  • Place of Work: Branches under West Finfenne District (Taro, Teqwa, Derara Kefani, Gedo & Hora Ambo), East Finfine District (Dolo Budena, Golbo, Gora, Harbu Mari, Africa Avenue, Ariya Bashale, Loke, Kore Guyo, Salo Gora, MOENCO, Bishoftu, Dukem, Gara Baru & Oda Nabe), Hawassa District (Liban, Girja, Haro Walabu, Shakiso, Bariso Dukale, Hambala Wamana, Moyale, Taltale, Arero & Elle), Dire Dawa District (Boke & Mufti Sh/Adam Tula), and Shashemene District (Al-husna & Kuyera).

Position 8: Branch Manager II

Qualification:

  • MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.

Work Experience:

  • 6/7 years of work experience, including a minimum of 2 years as Branch Manager – I, Senior Banking Operation Officer-II, CSM-II, CRM, or an equivalent position.

Place of Work:

  • Branches under West Finfine District (Bako & Meta Robi) and Dire Dawa District (Badessa)

Position 9: Manager, Credit Appraisal & Loan Recovery

Qualification:

  • MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.

Work Experience:

  • 8/9 years of work experience, including a minimum of 2 years as Team Leader, BM-II, or an equivalent position in the Banking Industry.

Place of Work:

  • Dire Dawa, Hawassa, Jimma & Nekemte District Offices.

Position 10: Manager, Banking Operation Management at District

Qualification:

  • MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields.

Work Experience:

  • 8/9 years of general work experience, including a minimum of 2 years as Senior II, Banking Operation Officer, or an equivalent position.

Place of Work:

  • Hawassa, Jimma, & West Finfinnee District Offices.

Position 11: Manager, Building Maintenance & Support Service

Qualification:

  • MSc/BSc degree in Civil Engineering, Construction & Technology Management, or related field of studies.

Work Experience:

  • A minimum of 8/9 years of banking work experience, including 3 years as Senior Building Maintenance Officer II or an equivalent position.

Place of Work:

  • Head Office.

Position 12: Manager, Employee Performance & Succession Management

Qualification:

  • MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related field of studies.

Work Experience:

  • A minimum of 8/9 years of banking work experience, including 3 years as Senior Employee Performance & Succession Management Officer-II/Senior Human Capital Management Officer-II/Senior Talent Acquisition Officer-II, or two years as a Team Leader in Human Resource Management area or an equivalent position.

Place of Work:

  • Head Office.

Position 13: Manager, Talent Development (Training & Education)

Qualification:

  • MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related field of studies.

Work Experience:

  • A minimum of 8/9 years of banking work experience, including 3 years as Senior Training & Education Officer-II/Senior Human Capital Management Officer-II/Senior Talent Acquisition Officer-II, or two years as a Team Leader in Human Resource Management area or an equivalent position.

Place of Work:

  • Head Office.

Position 14: Manager, Human Capital Management

Qualification:

  • MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related field of studies.

Work Experience:

  • A minimum of 8/9 years of banking work experience, including 3 years as Senior Human Capital Management Officer-II/Senior Talent Acquisition Officer-II, or two years as a Team Leader in Human Resource Management area or an equivalent position.

Place of Work:

  • North Finfine District Office.

  • Fluency in Afaan Oromoo, English, and Amharic languages is mandatory.
