- 6/7 years of work experience, including a minimum of 2 years as Branch Manager – I, Senior Banking Operation Officer-II, CSM-II, CRM, or an equivalent position.

Position 9: Manager, Credit Appraisal & Loan Recovery
Qualification:
- MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
Work Experience:
- 8/9 years of work experience, including a minimum of 2 years as Team Leader, BM-II, or an equivalent position in the Banking Industry.

Position 10: Manager, Banking Operation Management at District
Qualification:
- MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields.
Work Experience:
- 8/9 years of general work experience, including a minimum of 2 years as Senior II, Banking Operation Officer, or an equivalent position.

- Hawassa, Jimma, & West Finfinnee District Offices.
Position 11: Manager, Building Maintenance & Support Service
Qualification:
- MSc/BSc degree in Civil Engineering, Construction & Technology Management, or related field of studies.
Work Experience:
- A minimum of 8/9 years of banking work experience, including 3 years as Senior Building Maintenance Officer II or an equivalent position.

Position 12: Manager, Employee Performance & Succession Management
Qualification:
