1. Customer Service Officer

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: Two (2) years of Banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa

1. Senior Customer Service Officer

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: Three (3) years of Banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa

1. Branch Operation Supervisor

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: Four (4) years of Banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa

1. Branch Manager

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: Six (6) years of Banking operation experience; of which two years of experience in supervisory positions is required. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa

1. Customer Service Manager

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: Four (5) years of Banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Requirements

• COC related to the position is Advantageous
• Training in IFB is Advantageous.
