Position: Administrative Assistant

Academic & Professional Qualification

  • Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management or Other related fields

Experience

  • At least five (5) years of relevant work experience.

The Administrative Assistant is accountable for assisting the CEO, Executive Secretary to the CEO, D/Chief, District Manager, and Director with administrative and secretarial duties; coordinating staff meetings and special events; maintaining office supplies; welcoming visitors and taking phone calls; receiving and distributing mail and correspondence; compiling data and various reports; photocopying materials; maintaining files; issuing correspondence; and promoting business for the organisation. Additionally, he or she is expected to help the staff of the work unit arrange flights and purchase air tickets for business-related travel.
