The bank is currently recruiting highly competent professionals with vibrant track records to fill the following vacant positions:

Position 1: Receptionist

  • Qualification Required & Experience:
  • BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics or any related fields without experience
  • Diploma/Diploma Equivalent in relevant fields with two (2) years of related experience
  • Fluency in two or more local and international languages is advantageous.
  • Job Purpose:
  • To deliver friendly and effective information with warmth and a welcoming manner for all visitors.
  • Grade: V
  • Place of Work: Head Office

Position 2: Sr. Customer Service Officer-II

  • Qualification Required & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field with three (3) years of relevant work experience.
  • Job Purpose:
  • Supervises the overall cash duty of the branch, ensuring daily cash balances align with the general ledger, and attends to the Bank’s prominent customers.
  • Grade: XI
  • Required Number: 3
  • Place of Work: Gambella, Nekemte, and Gimbi Branches

Position 3: Customer Service Supervisor-II

  • Qualification Required & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field with four (4) years of relevant work experience.
  • Job Purpose:
  • Supervises the overall cash duty of the branch, ensuring daily cash balances align with the general ledger, and attends to the Bank’s prominent customers.
  • Grade: XII
  • Required Number: 2
  • Place of Work: Terfam and Majji Branches

Position 4: Principal Credit Analyst

  • Qualification Required & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related field with six (6) years of relevant work experience, out of which at least one year of experience should be at a Senior Officer level.
  • Job Purpose:
  • Enhance the quality of the Bank’s loan portfolio and timely and effective credit decision-making by reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of credit analysis reports, and ensuring sound customer credit risk grading.
  • Grade: XIII
  • Place of Work: Shire District Office

Position 5: Branch Manager III

  • Qualification Required & Experience:
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field with four(4)/six(6) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as an Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.
  • Job Purpose:
  • Support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross-selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch.
  • Grade: XVI
  • Required Number: 8
  • Place of Work: Openo, Dimma, Bedelle, Itang, Abobo, Sheybench, Lare & Meti Branches
