Position 1: Branch Relationship Officer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, banking, finance, management, or related fields.
  • Trainings and courses in banking operations (IFB, domestic, credit, and international banking operations).
  • Minimum of four (4) years of successful experience in banking or customer contact role.

Responsibilities:

The Branch Relationship Officer will be responsible for achieving business growth for Retail & MSME/IFB Banking by providing quality relationship management to new and existing customers at an assigned branch. This will entail sustaining customer satisfaction and generating additional business through cross-sell opportunities.

Addis Ababa.

Position 2: District Relationship Officer Conventional/IFB

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, banking, finance, management, or related fields.
  • At least five (5) years of successful experience in banking or customer contact role.

Responsibilities:

The District Relationship Officer will be responsible for achieving business growth for Retail & MSME/IFB Banking by providing quality relationship management to new and existing customers in an assigned district. This will entail sustaining customer satisfaction and generating additional business through cross-sell opportunities.

Harar Area/Somali Area.

Position 3 & 4: Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash I

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field e.g. Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or any other equivalent fields.
  • At least four (4) years of banking experience.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Customer Service Officer Cash/Accounts will provide front office customer service support at the branch, handling account management transactions, responding to customer enquiries, and handling cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Position 5: Senior District Digital Banking Officer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Management, Banking, Finance or other related fields.
  • Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

The Senior District Digital Banking Officer is responsible for acquiring, developing, and retaining digital business users by implementing marketing strategies and driving growth of digital business via advertising, personal selling, customer education, and promotional activities.

Somali Area.

Position 6: Relief Customer Service Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field e.g. accounting, management, economics, business administration.
  • Minimum of Six (6) years banking experience.

Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Manager will support the Branch Manager in coordinating all activities of Customer Service Officers (Maker/Checkers) and Senior Customer Service Officer (Cash/Accounts) within the Branch and ensure operational excellence to deliver exemplary services for high customer satisfaction levels.

Position 7: Branch Manager Grade I

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field e.g. accounting, management, economics, business administration.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years relevant experience out of which One (1) year in supervisory post.

Responsibilities:

The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/he will also coordinate the sales/business development efforts of the branch, lead the customer service initiatives and guides branch operational excellence, prepare and submit annual budget, work plan and activity and progress reports, participate in various community activities, and keep in close touch with the business community to promote services offered by the Bank.
