Position 1: Customer Service Officer

• Qualification: BA in Accounting/Business Management/Management or related fields.
• Experience: 1 year of relevant banking experience.
• Number Required: 10
• Place of work: Eastern and Western Addis Ababa Districts.

Position 2: Customer Service Manager

• Qualification: BA in Accounting/Business Management/Management or related fields.
• Experience: 4 years of relevant banking work experience; 1 of which in accountant or Cashier positions.
• Place of work: Adama Branch

Position 3: Branch Manager I

• Qualification: BA in Accounting/Business Management/Management or related fields.
• Experience: 5 years of banking experience; 2 of which in accountant positions.
• Number Required: 6
• Place of work: Eastern and Western Addis Ababa Districts & Harer Branch.

Position 4: Manager, Customer Acquisition Division

• Qualification: MA/BA in Accounting/Business Management/Management or related field.
• Experience: 6/8 years of relevant banking experience; 3 of which in a senior position.
• Place of work: Addis Ababa – HO

Position 5: Manager Customer Retention Division

• Qualification: BA in Accounting/Business Management/Management or related fields.
• Experience: 6/8 years of relevant banking experience; 3 of which in a senior position.
• Place of work: Addis Ababa – HO

Salary: Per Bank’s Salary Scale
