Tsehay Bank is a share company that commenced operations on July 23, 2022, with an authorized capital of Birr 2.8 billion and paid-up capital of 734 million Birr. It comprises a limited number of 373 shareholders and aims to become one of the best private banks in East Africa by serving all like the sun does. The bank has opened 30 full-fledged branches in Addis Ababa and other major towns and has reached 69+ branch networks as of March 25, 2023.

The bank is looking for qualified candidates for the following positions:

Position 1: Customer Service Officer

  • Qualifications: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or related field of discipline
  • Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer
  • Place of Work: Gendawuha, Mehal Bure, Mertolemariam, and Shindi

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer I

  • Qualifications: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or related field of discipline
  • Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2-year service as Customer Service Officer.
  • Place of Work: Mertolemariam

Position 3: Branch Manager I

  • Qualifications: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or related field of discipline
  • Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years’ service as Customer Service Manager, Operation/Business Manager
  • Place of Work: Woldia

Position 4: Digital Banking Operation Officer

  • Qualifications: A minimum of B.A Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related fields.
  • Experience: Must have a minimum of two years relevant experience as Junior Procurement Management Officer. Banking experience will be advantageous.
  • Place of Work: Head office

Position 5: Branch Support Manager

  • Qualifications: A minimum of BA holder from recognized higher learning institutions in Management, Business Administration, accounting and finance, purchasing and supplies management or related field of discipline.
  • Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of related experience with at least 2 years service as Procurement Management Officer.
  • Place of Work: Head office
