Zemen Bank, a fast-growing financial institution in Ethiopia, is seeking highly energetic individuals to join its team through the Young Graduate Trainee Program – Business (YGTPB). This program is designed to provide new graduates with a comprehensive understanding of the bank’s operations and prepare them for future roles within the organization.

Position: Young Graduate Trainee – Business (YGTPB)

Educational Requirements:

• B.A. Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, or related business fields.
• Minimum CGPA:
• Female Graduates: 2.75 and above
• Male Graduates: 3.0 and above
• Only graduates of 2024 G.C. are eligible to apply.

Required Skills:

• Effective communication and sociability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities:

• Complete in-depth training modules to understand the bank’s practices, operations, and business strategies.
• Maintain positive work habits conducive to the bank’s growth and profitability.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• A good team player with a strong passion for the industry.
