Job Description:
Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling all aspects of a project from start to finish.
Must have excellent communication and leadership skills to build and motivate a project team, manage risks and issues, and drive project outcomes that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and quality control
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that include budget, timelines, and resources
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, team members, and vendors
Motivate and manage project team members to ensure project timelines, quality, and budget goals are met
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to improve project outcomes
Ensure compliance with appropriate regulations, standards, and company policies
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in project management or a related field
At least 5 years of experience as a project manager
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
