Position: Customer Handling Junior Officer
Education: Bachelor of Art Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Fresh graduate / Two years of total work experience in similar and related business companies.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle all customer-related issues.
Sell company services.
Process orders and transactions.
Deliver information about the company’s offerings.
Provide proactive customer outreach.
Handle customer complaints.
Collect and analyze customer feedback.
Respond to customer reviews.
Track customer service KPIs and metrics.
Competence:
Comprehensive knowledge of promotional strategies.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
