Position: Customer Handling Junior Officer

Education: Bachelor of Art Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.

Experience: Fresh graduate / Two years of total work experience in similar and related business companies.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle all customer-related issues.
• Sell company services.
• Process orders and transactions.
• Deliver information about the company’s offerings.
• Provide proactive customer outreach.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback.
• Respond to customer reviews.
• Track customer service KPIs and metrics.

Competence:

• Comprehensive knowledge of promotional strategies.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
• Business Intelligence.
