• Education: Completion of 12th/10th grade
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant banking experience
• Work Locations: Dire Dawa District, Hawassa District

Position 2: Banking Business Officer

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related business fields
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of banking experience
• Job Objective: Promote bank products and services, fulfill customer requests, and provide efficient, high-quality service in accordance with the bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
• Work Locations: Dire Dawa District, Hawassa District

Position 3: Banking Operation Officer

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related business fields
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of banking experience
• Job Objective: Fulfill customer requests, provide efficient and high-quality service, reconcile accounts and checks, and control transactions while adhering to the bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
• Work Locations: Dire Dawa District, Hawassa District

Position 4: Grade I Branch Business Manager

• Education: MBA/BA degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related business fields
• Experience: Minimum of 4/6 years of banking experience, with supervisory experience preferred
• Job Objective: Ensure effective branch sales and marketing activities, resource mobilization, expansion of branch accessibility through digital banking, and consistent, high-quality customer service as per the bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
• Work Locations: Hawassa District, Dire Dawa District

Position 5: Grade I Branch Manager

• Education: MA/BA degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or other related business fields
• Experience: Minimum of 6/8 years of banking experience, with supervisory experience advantageous
• Job Objective: Oversee the overall banking operations of the branch in compliance with the bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
• Work Locations: Hawassa District, Dire Dawa District
