Requirement Full Details

• BSc degree in Computer Science; information systems, or related field
• Advanced knowledge of 365, including SharePoint, exchange online & Ms-endpoint
• Task oriented and organized, experience mangling a ticket
• Able to troubleshoot a large variety of technical issues
• At least three years of experience in the profession
• CCNA certificate is highly preferable or networking fundamentals
• Experience in remote support
