Position 1: Cash Management Officer

• Qualifications: BA in Accounting and Finance, Business Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 3 years in banking, including 1 year as a Junior Cash Management Officer.
• Purpose: Ensure efficient cash flow to and from branches and ATMs.

Specific Functions:

• Monitor daily cash position.
• Revise cash holding limits.
• Handle foreign cash transactions.
• Manage cash consignment activities.
• Replenish ATMs.
• Maintain cash equivalent documents.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Customer Service Executive – II

• Qualifications: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 1 year in banking operations.
• Purpose: Enhance customer satisfaction and promote the Bank’s products and services.

Specific Functions:

• Conduct customer recruitment and account opening.
• Administer the Primary Vault.
• Handle cash transactions.
• Verify daily cash receipts.
• Other duties as required.

Location: Gambella

Position 3: Branch Manager Grade – I

• Qualifications: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 7 years in the Banking Industry, including 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager OR 7 years in banking with at least 2 years in a Senior Officer role.
• Purpose: Drive growth, profitability, and customer relationships while managing retail banking operations.

Specific Functions:

• Lead resource mobilization efforts.
• Engage in marketing and promotional activities.
• Oversee branch accounts and expenses.
• Ensure timely authorization of transactions.
