Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer

Qualification: BA in Accounting/Management/ Marketing/Economics/Banking & Finance

Experience: No prior experience is required (shall sit for a competency test)

CGPA: 3.25 and above

Year of graduation: Graduates of 2022/Tahsas 23, 2014 Ethiopian Calendar and Recent.

Age: Below 26 years of age and must be able to bring 8^th grade certificate and Kebele Identity Card up on application.

Position 2: Customer Service Clerk

Qualification:  Diploma/TVET 10+3/Level IV & COC Award in Banking or Finance or Accounting

Experience:  No prior experience is required (shall sit for a competency test)

Year of graduation: Graduates of 2021 (Tahsas 23, 2013) and 2022 (Tahsas 23, 2014 E.C) and Recent.

Qualification: BA in Accounting

Experience: Three (3) years as Accountant II-IFB Finance & Accounts or equivalent experience or 6 years relevant experience in the banking industry

Qualification: BA in Management or Accounting
