Job Summary

The District Relationship Officer will be responsible for achieving business growth for Retail & MSME/IFB Banking by providing quality relationship management to new and existing customers in the assigned district. This involves sustaining customer satisfaction to retain existing and potential customers and generating additional business through cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Management, or related fields.
• Training and courses in banking operations (domestic, credit, and international banking operations).

Experience:

• At least five years of successful experience in banking or a customer contact role.
