Position 1: Credit Analyst

Education: MA/MBA or BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, and other Business-related fields

Experience: minimum of Six years for BA and Five years for MA/MBA relevant Banking Experience.

Position 2: Operational Risk Management Officer

Educational Background: MA/MSC and above in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Applied Economics Modeling and Forecasting and other related fields of study.

Experience: minimum of five years’ experience in financial risk management and related areas.

Position 3: Financial Risk Management Officer

Educational Background: MA/MSC and above in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Applied Economics Modeling and Forecasting and other related fields of study.

Position 4: Principal AML/CFT Compliance

Experience: minimum of seven years’ experience in AML/CFT Compliance and related areas.

Position 5: Digital Strategy and Transformation Officer

Qualification: Two years banking experience or related experience with a Master’s degree related to Economics, Strategic management, Project Management, Banking and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Information Technology Management (ITM), Information Science and etc.

Experience: An experience of two years in banking/Fintech/startups/banking in another financial sector is an asset.

Position 9: Manager, Learning & Growth

Experience: A minimum of five years’ previous experience in a learning and development role at a bank/fintech/startups/airline industry and other related sectors;

  • Remuneration: As per the Bank’s salary scale and benefit scheme
  • Terms of employment: Permanent after the probationary period
