Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager and project staff in placement of Contracts and service through prequalification process, frame agreement, and other appropriate methods stated in WVE Procurement manual
Participate and collaborate with Project Manager and project staff in the preparation of procurement planning and in consolidation and approval of annual procurement plan as well as in Contracts and service conducting market research and development of price index
Assist the Project Manager and staff in reviewing PRs to ensure PRs are filled according to the PR filling guide to ensure clear specifications are attached, appropriate signatories reviewed &signed etc.
Collect price quotation from short listed, prequalified suppliers and other methods as per WVE procurement Manual and submit to procurement committee.
Prepare price analysis and submit for procurement committee deliberation and recommendation
Prepare and submit purchase orders to Project Manager as per the procurement committee deliberation and recommendation minutes and ensure collection of items as per the approved specification /delivery of items with the specified time and quality
Submit all required documents (PR, invoice, minutes, GRN etc.) as per payment checklist to Finance manager for payment for right quantity and quality of Goods and services received by WVE.
Consistently and timely encode and update the procurement system with PR detail information and subsequent procurement status
Advises staff members on specifications, prices information, availability and other procurement matters
Job requirements:
BA Degree in Procurement and Supplies Management, Business Administration, related field
Work Experience: At least 3 yrs.
Technical Training qualifications required: Professional technical skill desired
Excellent computer skills in Excel & Word
Demonstrated ability in support services supervision
Working knowledge of NGO operations and practices is an added advantage.
Good planning and organizational skills
Tact and diplomacy in dealing with staff-related to work environment needs
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff and public

Responsibilities:
Manage tools, equipment, machineries and spare parts under his custodian
Deliver the required tools for Automotive Trainers and Trainees while on training and collect after completion of training session
Deliver lubricants for training purpose after approval by project manager/dean/
Assist Automotive Trainers in delivering both theoretical & practical sessions
Plan, facilitate and ensure the acquisition of the necessary workshop supplies for both training and vehicle service/maintenance purpose
Work as assistant mechanic in conducting the service and maintenance of project as well as customers vehicles
Oversee and realize the cleaning and proper setup of workshop to create conducive environment for the intended purpose
Follow-up and conduct the scheduled calibration of workshop measuring tools & devices to obtain accurate data
Assess the performance status of workshop machinery and facilitate the service and maintenance when required
Supervise and ensure the maintenance of facilities (Water lines, Electric system, Fire alarm, Fire extinguisher & etc.) in the project premises

Job requirements:
Qualifications Required: Diploma, Level III/Level IV in Auto Mechanic or Automotive Electricity and certified by National Assessment (CoC)
Work Experience: At least Four (4) years of total experience, out of which two (2) years in the area of auto mechanics training to the youth group and additional two (2) years of practical experience on vehicle service and maintenance work
Technical Skills and Abilities
Strong knowledge of Asset management, Vehicle maintenance, communication skill and networking with staffs at different level of organizational hierarchy is required.
Driving skill with 3rd grade or Dry Cargo I/II
Moderate Microsoft office skills: Word, Excel, Outlook; intermediate experience with databases moderate
Intermediate English language skill and fluency in Amharic

Under the technical leadership of the Gender and Youth Coordinator, the SPIR II WV Gender and Youth Officer will provide technical assistance and capacity building on gender and youth development to the RFSA implementing field offices and stakeholder staffs in the WV operational areas in West Hararghe. The position holder will support and coordinate gender analysis and support and lead studies with Youth Livelihood and Education Officer on exploring employment opportunities for the youth. Proactively and/or upon direction provided by the technical coordinator, s/he will identify gaps, consolidate best practices in the field and share lessons to all concerned bodies. The Officer will ensure that standard quality training, guidelines and tools are adopting consistently without major deviations in all RFSA technical themes to ensure gender, women empowerment and youth priorities are integrated uniformly. In consultation with the advisor, the officer will support and contribute to formative research in implementation areas to identify key issues, social norms and barriers and to make recommendations on how to address gender and youth related concerns and challenges.

Qualification required: BA/BSc Sociology, Gender studies, Social works, and other related social science field of studies

Manage and coordinate implementation of emergency Nutrition response
Implement effectively CMAM and IMAM nutrition programme in line with humanitarian standards under guidance of nutrition advisor
Pilot family MUAC in selected woredas and kebeles
Properly manage WFP supported TSFP/BSFP programs in selected areas
Manage and lead SMART survey trainings
Assess local capacity and ensure programmes are integrated into existing health systems where appropriate
Maintain WV best practices for nutrition programs so as to deliver results according to relevant standards, policies and program strategy
Establish and maintain links with other relevant sectors in the AP (WASH, livelihoods, etc.)
Establish links with MoH and relevant cluster activities
Remain up to date with public health and nutrition policy and guidance and initiatives and ensure dissemination to subordinates
Work with line WV staff and partners to guide technical interpretation of technical models
Coordinate all IMAM and CMAM trainings that will be planned for health workers and health extension workers.
Provide technical support to World Vision IMAM/CMAM programme activities to ensure that the IMAM/CMAM programmes take place according to the project plans and is implemented with high quality.
Follow up timely request, approval, procurement and distribution of the project logistics, supply and equipments
Follow up utilization of project commodities, logistics and equipments
Review and submit regular monthly reports and monthly CMAM database report (using CMAM Offline data base) to AP Manager and Head Office Emergency Nutrition Specialist
Take part in the project set-up, technical support visit, monitoring visits, surveys and evaluations
Follow up project progress as per the plan of work closely with the APs and identify minimum support package as part of the project transition
Take part in CMAM project meetings, workshops, prayer and devotions that will assist for technical and spiritual development
Manage and coordinate implementation of emergency health response
Take leadership, support and guide project staff in implementation of emergency health responses
Initiate action with limited assessment data and information based on context, using an approach which is flexible and thoughtful.

Liaise and established contacts at Zonal and woreda level with government health office, DRMFSS, NGOs, and UN agencies (WFP, WHO and UNICEF)
Regular discussions at Woreda level concerning emergency health and nutrition response in WVE operational areas
Regularly participate in cluster meetings and other related coordination meetings and ensuring effective information sharing and flow within WVE
Create & maintain linkages with key implementing & operational partners in emergency Health and Nutrition programming.
Learning and Evidence Base Development, Dissemination and Knowledge Management
Assist assessment in the field as part of field preparation, field supervision
Identify best/promising practices and success stories for documentation and dissemination
Disaster Preparedness/HEA
Maintain situational awareness of actual and potential hazards at local level and bring to attention of AP and head office
Guide community hazard vulnerability analysis in area of health and nutrition

Job requirements:
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
Master’s degree in public health or nutrition with clinical health background (degree in Public Health or Clinical Nursing) from accredited universities or health colleges

ToT training in Acute Malnutrition 2019 revised guideline
ToT training in revised 2019 IMAM guideline
Integrated Pharmaceuticals Logistics System (IPLS)
Certificate of training on SPHERE standards
Trained on Family MUAC approach
SMART survey ToT/basic training
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
Knowledge on Standard methods and indicators for assessing nutritional status, including rapid assessment and SMART methodology
Understanding of IASC Cluster system, including function of Nutrition Cluster
Knowledge on Red Cross/Red Crescent Code of Conduct, WV’s disaster management cycle and Sphere standards
Knowledge, training and experience in management of MAM and SAM with/without medical complication
Demonstrated skills in CMAM/IMAM program planning, implementation and monitoring.
Experience in cascading family MUAC approach
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to work under pressure and extra hours, and out of assigned implementation area
