Position 1: Junior Shareholders Relationship Officer
Qualification: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and related fields
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in the banking industry preferably at shareholders relationship area.
Essential Functionality:
Maintain relationships with shareholders through phone calls, emails, letters, or meetings;
Collect, register, and periodically report shareholder requests for the immediate supervisor;
Facilitate periodic investor information meetings or participate in organized meetings;
Prepare document of shareholders’ feedback information to company management and the board;
Follow up the Bank’s Website as an active communication platform for shareholders and prospective investors and timely deliver the required financial statements;
Qualifications: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and related fields
Work Experience: 1 year of experience in banking industry preferably at share operation area.
Essential Functionality:
Originate transaction entries and vouchers and countersign on vouchers for share transfer, dividend payment, tax schedules, share selling, and other transactions.
Maintain proper recording of share transactions, share registration book, and custody of all shareholder documents including share certificates and other information.
Prepare a draft for share certificates, check their accuracy after they are produced, and deliver them to the appropriate shareholders.
Prepare dividend allocation reports and other reports and encode dividend data from the general ledger to a spreadsheet.
Transfer shares in accordance with the provisions of the share administration procedure of the Bank and the law of the country.
Receive shareholder requests and provide an appropriate response

Collect data and assist in the assessment of the financial performance of the Bank to help shareholders make informed decisions about whether to buy, hold, or sell stock in the company;
Maintain relationships with shareholders through phone calls, emails, letters, or meetings;
Position 7: Senior Shareholders Relationship Officer
Qualifications: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and related fields.
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in the banking industry of which 2 years as Shareholders Relationship Officer.
Essential Functionality:
Facilitate communication between the Bank’s corporate management and its shareholders by providing up-to-date and accurate information about the company’s operations, and financial statements to current and potential shareholders;
Provide financial and non-financial information to shareholders within the frame of the legislation, the Articles of Association, the Corporate Governance Principles, and the Disclosure Policy of the Bank;
Research and analyze the Bank’s financial performance to help shareholders make informed decisions about whether to buy, hold, or sell stock in the company;
Maintain relationships with shareholders through phone calls, emails, letters, or meetings;
Manage shareholder requests for information about the bank;
Qualifications: BA in HRM, Management, Business Administration, and related fields.
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 2 years as a Learning and Development Officer or related experience.
Essential Functionality:
Participate in the development and implementation of the Bank’s learning & development strategies/ programs on organizational, functional, and employee levels;
Periodically conduct a Bank-wide, strategy-based training needs assessment program;
Prepare and review the annual training plan/budget in line with the training need assessment, career management program, and succession plan;
Analyze needs, assess the capacities of staff, and propose continuous education (e.g., Training plan, training of trainers, seminars);
Provide /facilitate, and organize appropriate training interventions to address training needs;
