Establishment of Enat Bank reveals the power of women united towards a common cause. The story of Enat Bank is one of triumph over adversity. Enat Bank was initiated by a diverse group of 11 powerful Ethiopian women, and this tight team of founders has shepherded Enat from an idea to a reality. Enat is a unique success story that should make all Ethiopians proud. The founders of Enat had a vision to create a new bank that was open to everyone, with a special focus on women. Such a focus was necessary to help women access credit, among other products. While the team found many supporters, raising the funds constituted a major hurdle. Customer Service Specialist – BA in Accounting, Accounting & finance, Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields with 1 year of experience or 2 years of service as customer service at Micro Finance Institutions.
Junior Customer Service Specialist – 1-year Micro Finance Institution as customer service specialist or 2 years of service on sales in any service organization. BA, BSC or any other degree is mandatory.
Branch Accounts Administrator Grade B -BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance and other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year on Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position.
Senior IS Auditor – BSc/MSc/BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Admin Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Any other related fields 6.5/4.5 years of experience in relevant fields, of which at least 2 recent years as a relevant officer in banking industry.
Senior Customer Service Specialist – BA in sales, marketing, Management, Accounting and related fields with 2 years of experience or Diploma in the same fields with 4 years of experience in banking operation and customer handling.
Administrative Assistant – Diploma/10+3/Level 3 and above in Secretarial Science and Office Management and any other related fields with 2 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry.
Datacenter Attendant – Diploma/10+3/Level 3 and above in Electronics and any other fields with 2 years of experience in relevant field, of which at least 1 recent year in banking industry.
