Job Description:

  1. Manage the clearance work for air and sea imports from custom commission and handle other assigned tasks.
  2. Properly manage air and sea exports with custom commission, ET airlines, shipping companies, and other assigned responsibilities.
  3. Ensure all shipping documentation is correct and processed in a timely manner.
  4. Handle third-party applications such as INSA, ECA, MOT permissions through one window system.
  5. Efficiently prepare import/export documents based on shipping requirements.
  6. Conduct proper filing activities, including printing, document checking, data cleaning, and record preparation for easy reference.
  7. Communicate effectively with staff and immediate team manager.
  8. Generate reports for the logistics team manager.

Requirements:

  • BA Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
  • Fluency in English language
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related software
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions
  • Clear and concise expression of ideas and concepts in written and oral form
  • Good analytical and negotiating skills
