Position 1: Manager, Banking Operation Management

  • Qualification: BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 4 years of general work experience in the banking industry, including 1 year as Senior Customer Service Officer, Senior Internal Controller I, or equivalent.
  • Job Grade: X
  • Place of Work: Adiyak and Jemruk Branches (Mekele Town) and Shire Branch (Shire Town)

Position 2: Security Guard

  • Qualification: Secondary school completion.
  • Experience: 2 years of general work experience as a military or police officer.
  • Job Grade: II
  • Place of Work: Adiyak and Jemruk Branches located in Mekele Town and Shire Branch (Shire Town)

Position 3: Customer Relationship Officer

  • Qualification: BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2 years of general work experience in the banking industry, including 1 year as Junior Customer Service Officer, Internal Controller, Customer Relation Officer, or equivalent.
  • Job Grade: VIII
  • Place of Work: Adiyak and Jemruk Branches (Mekele town) and Shire Branch (Shire Town)

Position 4: Customer Service Officer

  • Qualification: BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2 years of general work experience in the banking industry, including 1 year as Junior Customer Service Officer, Internal Controller, Customer Relation Officer, or equivalent.
  • Job Grade: VIII

Position 5: Senior Internal Controller I

  • Qualification: BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3 years of general work experience in the banking industry, including 1 year as Customer Service Officer, Internal Controller, Customer Relation Officer, or equivalent.
  • Job Grade: IX
  • Place of Work: Adiyak and Jemruk Branches (Mekele town) and Shire Branch (Shire Town)

Position 6: Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash I

  • Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 4/5 years of general work experience, including 1 year as Manager Banking Operation Management II, Customer Service Manager II, or equivalent.
  • Job Grade: XII

Position 7: Branch Manager I

  • Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 4/5 years of general work experience, including 1 year as Manager Banking Operation Management II, Customer Service Manager II, or equivalent.

Position 8: Senior Electrical Engineer I

  • Qualification: MSc/BSc degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience: 4/5 years of experience as an electrical engineer or equivalent.

Position 9: Senior Mechanic I

  • Qualification: BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience as a Mechanic Officer or equivalent.
  • Terms of employment: Permanent after probation period.

Position 10: Office Equipment Officer

  • Qualification: Diploma/BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, General Mechanic, or related field of study.
  • Experience: 7/5 years of experience as a Mechanic.

Position 11: Senior Office Equipment Technician

  • Qualification: BSc degree/diploma in general mechanic.

Position 12: Senior Generator Technician

  • Qualification: BSc degree/diploma in Mechanical engineering.

Position 13: Manager, Banking Business and Operation Management

  • Experience: 8/9 years of general work experience in the banking industry, including one year as Team Leader on Monitoring & Evaluation, Branch Manager II, or equivalent in banking industry.

Position 15: Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer II

  • Qualification: MBA/MA/BA/MSc/BSc degree in management, business administration, economics, accounting, finance, Business Leadership, marketing management, Computer science, Information Technology, information Science, or related fields.

Position 16: Senior Microfinance CRM – II

  • Experience: 5/6 years of general work experience in the banking industry, out of which 1 year as Branch Manager, Manager, Customer Service Management II, and Manager, Banking Operation Management II, or equivalent in the banking industry.
