Position 1: Corporate Account Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Marketing, Sales, Business administration or Economics Degree, or relevant degree with over 4 years’ experience in sales, marketing, customer/account management.
  • Post graduate certification in Sales & Marketing, business administration will be an added advantage.
  • Exposure in Service and/or Customer management for major corporate clients, commercially savvy with a detailed understanding of the technologies the company is selling and issues that typically arise
  • Industry certifications would be an added advantage (ITIL Foundation, MCP/MCSE, CCNA etc.)
  • Understanding of English and local language both written and spoken.
  • Literacy in basic computer applications such as MS word, excel, outlook, etc.
  • Ability to cope with pressure from customers while delivering quality service.
  • Ability to accurately perform cash transactions.
  • Knowledge of Telecommunication products and services.

Position 2: Digital Communications Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and execute Digital PR and Social Media strategies.
  • Cultivate and manage the execution of Corporate Communication strategies on online media.
  • Coordinate and manage the company’s online reputation
  • Manage the development and update of all websites and digital assets.
  • Drive and support social media communications for the Executive Leadership team.
  • Cultivate and maintain online media relations by collaborating with various online influencers, bloggers, and publishers
  • In collaboration with corporate communications manager, Brand and Marketing team and other business units, develop relevant social media messages
  • Give input into the creative development process as the channel custodian on what works aligned to the media strategy
  • Ensure quality of content to be shared on all online media.
  • monitoring and analyzing social media campaign performance data in order to suggest structural improvements that will optimize ad campaigns.
  • responsible for identifying new digital opportunities, keeping up with the dynamic trends
  • Collect and package data driven actionable insights from the media platforms with clear recommendations to the business

Position 3: Internal Communications Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an Internal Communication strategy in collaboration with the various internal stakeholders.
  • Lead in ensuring all organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees.
  • Provide a communications consultancy and advisory service to various business units within the organisation.
  • Manage the development of all internal communication platforms
  • Plan, develop, write and edit all content for the various internal communication channels such internal newsletter, email, social media, intranet, brochures/leaflets, SMS
  • Ensure Internal Communication messages are consistent with external communication messages.
  • Handle Internal Communication response to crisis situations which affect organizational reputation.
  • manage internal campaigns from inception to completion – inclusive of message development and content packaging.

Position 4: Senior Internal Auditor

Job Requirements

  • Bachler degree in Business or Technology from a recognized University.
  • Professional certification in accounting (CPA/ACCA). Other qualifications e.g. CISA, CIA would be an added advantage.
  • 3-5 years working experience in auditing of Telecommunication/ Technology intensive controls and project assurance in a reputable professional audit firm or internal audit environment.
  • Experience in successfully executing audit engagements projects assurance.
  • Good knowledge of key applications supporting core business processes.
  • Excellent documentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Position 5: Enterprise Integration Engineer

Job Requirements:

  • IT, Engineering, Computer Science/Software Engineering/IT.
  • At least three years’ experience a busy telecommunication/ IT environment or Software Engineering
  • Extensive programming experience using Java J2EE, Spring, Spring boot, SQL, JMS, C++/C#.
  • Extensive experience with databases – data structures, relational data model, Stored Procedures, PL/SQL development or NoSQL DBs.
  • Extensive experience of web services/technologies – REST/JSON, WSDL, XML, JavaScript.
  • Experience with application security technologies (e.g., SSL) to ensure secure applications.
  • Experience in Agile Development/software life-cycle development (SDLC).
  • Preferred experience with Apache Tomcat application server, Glassfish and SOA.
  • Preferred experience with Linux/AIX OS’s.
  • Hands-on with Maven build scripts/ Curie moving to Git Hub
  • Strong Critical thinkers/ work independent
  • ITIL or ISO training and certification
  • ITIL training and certification
  • Certification or training in TIBCO technologies, Oracle SOA, MuleSoft, WSO2 TIBCO FOS (or any order management framework), Oracle or TIBCO BPM.
  • Certification or training in architecture or business analysis is an added advantage.

Position 6: Civil Works Expert – Design Engineer

Job Requirements 

  • BSc degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized University.
  • Be a registered Engineer in Ethiopia by the Construction Professionals, Companies and Machineries, Competence and Registration Bureau – Designs (Candidates who are in the process of registration are eligible for this position)
  • At least 2 years’ experience in civil engineering field of which 1 year has been in a design office.
  • Working Knowledge in AutoCAD software
  • Working Knowledge in Structural analysis software: Any of these: STAAD, Prokon, ETABS
  • Basic Knowledge in Steel towers design standards.
  • Knowledge in tower analysis software’s will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to details, Communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge and skills in office applications: Word, Excel, Power point

Position 7: Manager, Core Network Engineering

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, communication Engineering or related field of study.
  • Minimum 10 years of network planning, optimization, and engineering experience in a wireless environment either with an MNO, carrier or a vendor/consulting firm serving this industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in systems integration techniques, system engineering, systems management, and KPI reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G Core Network technologies and optimization skills and methods (parameters, KPI’s reporting, configuration)
  • Good knowledge on Core CS, IMS/EPC 2G/3G/4G signaling and protocol layers (SS7, Diameter, SIP/SIP-I, MAP/ISUP/, TCP/IP, GTP C/U, S1AP, RANAP, etc.
  • Understanding of Mobile Network different interfaces (i.e. Iu, A, Gx, Gy, S1, S5, S11, S6a, SGS, Gi, ISUP, BICC, MAP, CAP, SIP, ISC, Sh, Cx, Rx, Mw etc.)
  • Solid understanding of IP networking and related technology
  • Knowledgeable in Network Function Virtualization infrastructure (NFVi)
  • Experience in analysis and optimization in telecommunications environment
  • Knowledge of VoWifi and 5GC will be an added advantage.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma Travel and/or Logistics Management or a business-related course from an accredited college or university
  • At least 3 years’ experience working in a similar position within customer relations, concierge and travel services, both for domestic or international booking.
  • Inbound and outbound logistics will be an added advantage
