Position 1: District Auditor

  • Education: BA in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field with 4 years of relevant banking experience.
  • Competencies: Core Competency [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill, and Problem-solving], Technical Competency [Knowledge of banking Audit principles, experience in undertaking special investigation and reporting audit findings].

Position 2: DBA & MIS Officer

  • Education: MSC/BSC in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Competencies: Core Competency [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill, and Problem-solving], Technical Competency [Technical knowledge of database Administration, ability to conduct Business continuity plan (BCP) and HA solutions for database systems].

Position 3: Driver I

  • Education: Completion of grade 10, 3rd-degree driving license with 2 years relevant experience in driving vehicles.
  • Competencies: Core Competency [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill, and Problem-solving], Technical Competency [High technical skill in driving motor vehicles, timely checkup of vehicle’s status, knowledge of traffic rules, and conduct minor mechanical repairs].

Position 4: Senior District Auditor

  • Education: BA in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field with 5 years of relevant banking experience.
  • Competencies: Core Competency [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill, and Problem-solving], Technical Competency [Knowledge of banking Audit principles, experience in undertaking special investigation and reporting audit findings].

Position 5: Principal District Auditor

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field with 6 years of related experience.
  • Competencies: Core Competency [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill, and Problem-solving], Technical Competency [Understanding of banking Audit principles, experience in undertaking special investigation and reporting audit findings].
