  • Key Competencies required:
  • Knowledge of commercial business law, sector rules, and regulations.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
  • Leadership and human resources management skills.

Job Position 2 – Customer Services Officer II

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a bank.
  • Competencies required:
  • Understanding of general financial products and services.
  • Good knowledge of the bank’s accounting procedures.
  • Ability to handle client inquiries, provide advice, and resolve issues.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Job Position 3 – Customer Services Officer I
