Position 1: Front Desk Attendant

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Diploma in Hotel Management
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

Job Description:

As a Front Desk Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing versatile and customer-oriented tasks as a receptionist and waitress. Your responsibilities will include delivering excellent front desk reception services and serving food and beverages to our guests. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and effective multitasking are key for this role.

Position 2: Officers, Reconciliation

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, public administration, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II or equivalent

Job Description:

As an Officer in Reconciliation, your responsibilities include identifying discrepancies in accounts, correcting them within 48 hours, and escalating any exceptions.

Position 3: Officer Dispute Management

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II/III or equivalent

Job Description:

In the role of Officer in Dispute Management, you will be responsible for handling and ensuring all aspects of dispute and conflict resolution, while also escalating dispute resolutions with clients and third parties to senior management to maintain good relationships with bank stakeholders.

Position 4: Banking Center (Branch) Manager – Grade C

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of progressive relevant experience, with at least two (2) years as a Branch Manager.

Job Description:

The Banking Center Manager is accountable for planning, directing, and coordinating the functions of the assigned branch (Banking Center), ensuring its successful operation.
