Position 1: Branch Manager Class II Branch

Qualification & Experience: The candidate should possess a BA degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration along with at least ten years of experience in the banking sector, out of which three years must be in a supervisory role.

Position 2: Director – Litigation and Debt Recovery Directorate

Qualification & Experience: The candidate should have an LLB degree in law or a master’s degree (added advantage) with a minimum of twelve years of legal experience, ideally in a leading organization. The candidate must have a proven track record in providing accurate and effective legal counsel, contract negotiation and drafting, and adding value to an organization through the development of comprehensive contract documents that mitigate risk and penalties.

Job Summary: The jobholder plans, organizes, directs, leads, and coordinates the legal service activities of the Bank. They develop and implement litigation and debt recovery strategies to recover the bank’s assets in cases of unpaid loans and outstanding debts. The jobholder oversees negotiation, settlement, and alternative dispute resolution attempts as required for cases against or by the bank and provides input into the development of the Bank’s long and short-term strategic and operational plans and policies. The jobholder also identifies, develops, deploys, and retains staff within the directorate through effective talent management.
