  • Position 1 : Administrative Assistant I
    Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Administrative Services Management and Information Technology or related field plus a minimum of one (1) year of experience in Secretarial Service

  • Position 2 : Manager – Partnership Management Division
    Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Marketing Management, Communication/Public Relations/, Journalism and related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, of which at least 3 years in supervisory role. Training on Marketing Management (added advantage)

  • Position 3 : Manager – Social Media and Digital Marketing Division
    Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, journalism & Communication, Language and literature, and Economics or equivalent field plus a minimum of eight (8) years Social Media Marketing experience with at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory position.
    Responsibilities: Plan and execute social media and display advertising campaigns; Coordinate the creation of digital content; Design, build, and maintain social media presence; Brainstorm new and creative digital marketing growth strategies; Evaluate social media emerging technologies; Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors; Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals; Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption of online media where appropriate.

  • Position 4 : IT Project Manager
    Qualification & Experience: BSc Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology. Professional Certificates in Project Management (added advantage) plus a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Technology Projects and quality Control; three (3) years of which should be in a Supervisory role preferably in the Banking sector.
    Responsibilities: Support the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific IT projects; Provide details on the job performance areas for this role, which includes the duties and responsibilities that this role will be required to fulfill.

  • Position 5 : Branch Manager Class IV
    Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant banking experience, of which 3 years in a supervisory position.
    Place of Work: Axum Branch – Axum Town (V.No. 0220/23) HO/00459/23

  • Position: 6 Director – Partnership and Strategic Customer Recruitment Directorate
    Qualification & Experience: Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration & Communication plus a minimum of twelve (12) years’ experience, with at least three (3) years in a Product Development, market intelligence, communications, marketing, or journalism in managerial role.

Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
