Position 1: Customer Service Officer

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Two (2) years of Banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Mekane Selam, Wegedi, Dire Dawa, Jimma, Harar, Jigjiga, Bistima ( Werebabo), Tepi, Badessa, Haramaya, Asandabo

Position 2: Senior Customer Service  Officer

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Three (3) years of Banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Required No: 16

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Mekane Selam, Wegedi, Dire Dawa, Jimma, Harar, Jigjiga, Bistima ( Werebabo), Tepi, Badessa, Haramaya, Asandabo

Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Four (4) years of  Banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous. 

Required No: 16

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Mekane Selam, Wegedi, Dire Dawa, Jimma, Harar, Jigjiga, Bistima ( Werebabo), Tepi, Badessa, Haramaya, Asandabo

Position 4: Branch Manager

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Six (6) years of Banking operation experience; of which two years of experience in supervisory positions is required. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous. 

Required No: 16

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Mekane Selam, Wegedi, Dire Dawa, Jimma, Harar, Jigjiga, Bistima ( Werebabo), Tepi, Badessa, Haramaya, Asandabo

Note: 

  • COC related to the position is Advantageous
  • Training in IFB is Advantageous.
