Position 1: Junior Customer Service Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Graduates of years 2020, 2021 & 2022 G.C. with BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics or related fields with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.

Experience: No prior experience is required.

Position 2: Customer Service Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS: BA in Accounting, Accounting & finance, Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields with 1 year of experience or Diploma (Level 4) in the same fields with 3 years of experience in banking operation, customer service operation in banking industry; of which at least 1 year as a Junior Customer Service Specialist or 2 years of micro finance experience.

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

BA in sales, marketing, Management, Accounting and related fields with 2 years of experience or Diploma in the same fields with 4 years of experience in banking operation and customer handling.

Position 4: Branch Accounts Administrator Grade B

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance and other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year on Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position.

Position 5: Branch Manager Grade C

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and any other related fields with 6.5 years of experience  or BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in banking industry, of which 2 years in customer services manager grade B /or 3 years as Branch accounts administrator position Grade A.
