Position 1: Junior Learning and Development Officer

  • Qualification: BA in Management, Business Management, Public Administration, Development Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 1 year relevant experience, preferably in the Banking Industry.
  • Responsibilities: Contribute to developing targeted learning programs, assist in identifying training objectives, manage attendance, analyze training effectiveness, and more.
  • Location: Head Office

Position 2: Senior IFB Officer

  • Qualification: BA in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in an officer position.
  • Responsibilities: Support and monitor IFB business activities, ensure efficiency, handle cash balances, and other related tasks.
  • Location: South East District (Addis Ababa), Adama District

Position 3: Human Resource Officer

  • Qualification: BA in HRM, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3 years of relevant banking experience, including 1 year in an officer position.
  • Responsibilities: Source candidates, conduct screenings, handle onboarding, maintain employee records, and more.
  • Location: Addis Ababa Regional Office

Position 4: Customer Service Executive – II

  • Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in banking operations.
  • Responsibilities: Customer recruitment, cash handling, administration of vault, and other related tasks.
  • Location: Batu, Bale Goba, Dilla

Position 5: Credit Administration Officer

  • Qualification: BA in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in a credit-related position.
  • Responsibilities: Control borrower files, maintain file contents, input credit information, and more.
  • Location: Addis Ababa Regional Office
