Posiiton 5: Mobile & Internet Banking Officer

Experience Requirement: 1/ 3 years’ experience in mobile and internet Banking

Posiiton 6: Team Leader, Card Banking

Educations: BA, BSC, MA, MSC in Business Administration, Business leadership, Accounting Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields

Experience Requirement: 7/ 5 years’ experience out of which 2 years as principal/senior card banking officer or equivalent position in digital banking areas

Competencies Required:

• Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
• Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.
• Ability to respond to basic client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system
