Position 1: Management Assistant
Requirements: Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management/Administrative Service Management with at least 3 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities: Performs basic secretarial duties including organizing records, typing, basic computer skills, customer handling, communication; registers and files correspondence, manages office equipment, schedules appointments, and handles telephone communication.

Place of Work: Head Office

Position 2: Administrative Assistant
Requirements: BA/Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management/Administrative Service Management with 2/3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities: Performs basic secretarial duties including organizing records, typing, basic computer skills, customer handling, communication; registers and files correspondence, screens visitors, schedules appointments, and manages telephone communication.

Place of Work: Debre Birhan District

Position 3: Store Keeper – I
Requirements: BA Degree in Procurement and Supplies Management/Supplies Management/Management/Accounting, or business-related field with at least 2 years of property management work experience.

Responsibilities: Maintains proper inventory of fixed assets, receives and stores materials based on purchase orders and delivery invoices, issues materials per requisition, updates inventory records, and tracks receipts and withdrawals.

Place of Work: Debre Birhan District

Position 4: Junior Hardware Technician
Requirements: BSC in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in hardware maintenance.

Responsibilities: Performs preventive maintenance of hardware and software, installs, updates, and troubleshoots applications.
